(4/19/22) The catalog request form has been temporarily disabled as we try to catch up on the backlog of pre-orders. If you ask for a catalog without placing an order, please expect to wait a little longer as the free catalogs are the last part of our shipping process.

For personal purchases, we accept PayPal as well as credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. For commercial customers and wholesalers, we accept Checks, Purchase Orders, Certified Checks and credit cards.

Possibly. Because of the new laws based on the case South Dakota vs. Wayfair, many online stores are now required to collect sales tax in states where they qualify. Currently, as of April 2022, there are fourteen states where we will collect sales tax: Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Wisconsin. We encourage any business owner or farmer to become sales tax exempt. More instructions on how to register to be sales tax exempt can be found here.

The Brillman Company manufactures antique wiring harnesses at our facility in Mt. Jackson, Virginia. We use original methods and carefully-maintained machinery.

We ship worldwide daily. We manufacture daily to keep stock of our products. If we are low on stock, your shipment will be held until it can be filled. We are available during business hours for shipping inquiries and estimates.

That depends–did you order a wiring harness? Did you ask if we had any on the shelf? If not, our team may still be building it for you! The process normally takes a couple of weeks from start to finish as we build them in-house, inspect them, and then seal them up and send them out. We build them in batches of ten, so you could have a shorter wait time if someone else has ordered the same harness recently. We have been trying to rebuild some of our back stock as we recover from the pandemic and have been making strides, but please be aware that harnesses for more popular vehicles tend to have wait times attached.

If you did not order a harness and have been waiting a while on your order, call us at 888-274-5562 with your order number (six digits probably starting with “29”) or your name and we’ll be happy to look into your order and give you an update!
