What methods of payment do you accept? Will you keep my card on file?
For personal purchases, we accept PayPal as well as credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. For commercial customers and wholesalers, we accept Checks, Purchase Orders, Certified Checks and credit cards.
For security reasons, we do not keep payment cards on file unless you explicitly ask us to. If you have other questions or concerns about this, please feel free to contact us.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Possibly. Because of the new laws based on the case South Dakota vs. Wayfair, many online stores are now required to collect sales tax in states where they qualify. Currently, as of April 2022, there are fourteen states where we will collect sales tax: Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Wisconsin. We encourage any business owner or farmer to become sales tax exempt. More instructions on how to register to be sales tax exempt can be found here.
How quickly do you ship? Do you ship Internationally?
We ship worldwide daily. We manufacture daily to keep stock of our products. If we are low on stock, your shipment will be held until it can be filled. We are available during business hours for shipping inquiries and estimates. Unfortunately the VAT requirements and restrictions have made it too difficult for us to ship to UK customers, and our packages keep being returned. As a result, we made the difficult decision to suspend UK shipments until we can figure out a better process.
Upgraded shipping via UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air is available for phone orders. It is recommended that you call to place the order before 2:00 p.m. eastern time to guarantee that your package will make that day’s truck.
Is your wire rated for home use?
No. Our wire is NOT UL-rated, and we do not recommend using it for anything other than vehicle and tractor restoration and repair. Contact us for more info.
Do your wiring harnesses come from America?
The Brillman Company manufactures antique wiring harnesses at our facility in Mt. Jackson, Virginia. We use original methods and carefully-maintained machinery.
Can you recommend a better electrical solution for my restoration?

Do you offer technical support after I buy my part?
We want you to be able to successfully use our parts in your restoration. We offer technical support for items we sell. Contact us.
Where’s My Order?
That depends–did you order a wiring harness? If it wasn’t in stock, our team may still be building it for you! The process normally takes about a week from start to finish as we build them in-house, inspect them, and then seal them up and send them out. We also build our battery cables and spark plug wire sets to order, and those typically take a day to build and inspect.

Can I come see the shop?
Yes, and no. Our admin office is open and happy to help customers who stop by, but we do not have a storefront where customers can browse. A member of our team will meet you at the front desk to assist you and pull parts from our warehouse, however customers are not allowed in our manufacturing or storage areas for safety reasons.
